I am a web developer, specializing in standards-based XHTML, CSS, JS and PHP development. I have over 6 years of experience in the field of internet and multimedia development and deployment. Throughout my experience, I have come to a few conclusions about web development and deployment:

• W3C Valid Coding is Expected, not an Option
• Flash in moderation, there is such thing as too much Flash
• XHTML is the new norm, coding with XHTML is important
• Busy layouts are the opium of the masses
• PHP, CSS, JS mastery is a must
• Wanting a little bit of everything, in-turn, gets you less
